Our principal and staff
Our school team is committed to every student’s learning, wellbeing and sense of belonging. We work together to create a supportive and inclusive school where every child is set up for success.
Welcome from our principal
Welcome to Centaur Primary School! We support and celebrate every child’s potential in a caring and inspiring environment. Our values of respect, curiosity, teamwork, and high expectations help all students feel valued and motivated to do their best.
We respectfully acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land where we learn and grow. We honour the cultures, histories, and contributions of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples by including their perspectives in our school and curriculum.
Our dedicated and diverse teachers, many of whom were once students here, bring valuable experience to every classroom. They inspire students to succeed and think about future careers in education.
Our wide-ranging curriculum includes academics, arts, sports, and other activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and resilience.
We work closely with families and our community to create a positive and inclusive place where every child can thrive and reach their goals. At Centaur Primary School, together, we create paths to success.
We look forward to welcoming you to our vibrant and caring school community.
Corrie Stephenson, Principal of Centaur Public School
